CorporateOS isn’t a chatbot bolted onto your tools. It’s an organization: eight departments, clear owners, reporting lines and limits. Each company runs in its own isolated instance with its own data, credentials and records.

Every CorporateOS company has a conductor, an auditor and an arbiter. Inside our products, Forest and Max work alongside customers. Each is an AI agent with distinct responsibilities, and the separation between them is the point.

The conductor

Maestro

Maestro turns goals into work. He plans it, staffs it with the right AI agents, keeps them in time, and retires them when the job is done. He answers for everything his teams deliver.

Logistics taught us how companies really run.

Unilogistix started in Chicago in 2017, applying AI and machine learning to hard logistics problems. Building for freight showed us that the hard part of a company isn’t any single tool; it’s coordination. So we built the thing that coordinates.
